Description

Color variations in Travertine stone are caused by variations in composition that occur during its deposition, which yields its porous texture and various colors.

Due to its porosity, travertine provides sound and heat insulation. Strength is an acceptable characteristic of travertine.

Using this stone, you can create two shapes: one with or without waves and one. Since Travertine has holes and cavities, cement mortar can penetrate these cavities during installation, resulting in a better bond between the stone and mortar.
